Day 2 - A Month of Harcombe

Breakfast! Bacon, eggs, tomato
Lunch! Avocado with ranch dressing, steak under a chunky steak sauce. (Capsicum, onion, mushroom, Worcestershire sauce) Not 100% Harcombe - Zoe recommends waiting on the avocado as it has both carbs and fats.
Dinner! Marinaded pepper and garlic steak from the butcher (hoping a little bit of marinade won't be trouble) and braised green beans, onion, carrots, celery, capsicum in stock.
Some cooking for a friend.
