Day 3 - A Month of Harcombe

Lunch was Red Rooster Quarter Chicken and Salad with Carrots and Dressing
Dinner was chilli and lime marinaded salmon from coles. It had no heat to it but it was delicious! Lots of lemon grass and coconut flavours. Vegies were sort of like a ratatoille.

I thought I had caught breakfast too, but apparently not! That's easy to fix though - check out yesterday's pic for breakfast. Bacon, eggs, and tomato. :)

that lunch salad looks really good -- was that actually a take away or did you make it up yourself and add it? if that is a take away I am really impressed and surprised.

It was Red Rooster! Though the carrots were Lily's.
